Single-family homes on East 4th Avenue across from the historic Budd Dairy building

We worked with Julie Bullock Architects to honor the style of this early 1900's neighborhood while incorporating modern style and layout. These newly constructed homes share the block with the historic Budd Dairy Building and many other unique custom builds and renovations. The three homes were intended to look different from one another in terms of massing and materiality, yet blend seamlessly into Italian Village, making passerby question whether they are new or old . They each offer their own custom layout and blend of traditional and modern styles. The combined acreage of the three homes is just under 0.25 acres and incorporate outdoor living and a shared, gated driveway.
